IFSI has many years of experience in designing and planning projects. This work is always based on an analysis of the initial situation and potential social policy measures that could follow. The next step is to identify barriers to implementation and develop appropriate solutions. This process incorporates planning methods that engage policymakers, practitioners, target groups and other key local stakeholders from the outset. This ensures both participation and the optimal use of existing expertise.

We are committed to building networks. Thematic or people-centred networks are invaluable for developing multilateral projects as they facilitate alignment of approaches and results both geographically and in terms of content. This can be achieved through the exchange of experiences regarding best and worst practices, for example, which helps optimise project expenditure and grant funding.
